Downtown Dubai recorded 2,695 residential sales over the last twelve months, at a median AED 2,925 per square foot, about 69% above the Dubai citywide median. Prices rose 11.1% year on year. Sales split almost evenly between off-plan and ready homes, with 40% off-plan. A studio sold at a median AED 1.78M, a one-bedroom at AED 2.2M, a two-bedroom at AED 3.75M and a three-bedroom at AED 6.6M.
