Al Safouh Second recorded 311 residential sales over the last twelve months, at a median AED 1,027 per square foot, about 41% below the Dubai citywide median. Unlike most of Dubai, this is mainly a ready market: only 26% of sales were off-plan, against 76% citywide. A one-bedroom sold at a median AED 250,000, a two-bedroom at AED 400,000 and a three-bedroom at AED 662,000.
